Payment means

Procedure

1. Pre-booking form sent to us by you by e-mail
2. Positive reply from our side sent to you by e-mail
NB: In case that your dates do not match with our vacancies, we will let you know by a information e-mail.
3. Payment in advance of 30% of the total amount of the invoice
4. For camping sites : A receipt is sent to you. Your site is booked. For rentals : a receipt and an inventory are sent to you. Your mobile-home is booked.
5. 30 days before your arrival, payment of the rest of the invoice (70 % of the total amount)
6. A receipt is sent to you.
7. On your arrival day, payment of the Tourist tax at the reception of the camping ground. For rentals, a deposit of 300 Euro will be asked. It will be given back to you on your departure day after inventory and cleanliness check. Your personal insurance must cover your time in our rentals. Your insurance company must send us a proof by fax or e-mail.

Special cases :

If booking is confirmed within 30 days before arrival date, then payment must be of 100% of the total amount. On arrival day, payment of Tourist tax.

Running late/ Cancellation :

Post arrival or pre departure will not lead to any kind of reimbursement.
All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to us.
If cancellation happens more than 30 days before arrival date, then 1st payment is kept (30%).
If cancellation happens

§ More than 30 days before the arrival date of contract: the amount of the deposit is returned, the fee still due.
§ 30 to 15 days before the arrival date of contract: the amount of the deposit, application fee and 20% of the total stay will be retained.
§ Less than 15 days before the arrival date of contract: the amount of the deposit, application fee and the full amount of stay will be retained.
